I just want to share a song and a writing that might give you a new perspective..

And I was the lost cause and I was the outcast
Yeah...
You died for sinners just like me, a grateful leper at Your feet

Are you a sinner?? If yes, then Jesus is YOUR FRIEND..
Well actually WE ARE ALL A SINNER..
And THAT AUTOMATICALLY makes us a FRIEND OF JESUS..

Do you still remember the story about "A Woman Caught in Adultery (title of NLT bible)"??
For you who don't know yet, here's the story goes..
It's from John 8:1-11 (New Living Translation)

Jesus returned to the Mount of Olives, ² but early the next morning He was back again at the Temple. A crowd soon gathered, and He sat down and taught them. ³ As He was speaking, the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in the act of adultery. They put her in front of the crowd.

⁴ “Teacher,” they said to Jesus, “this woman was caught in the act of adultery. ⁵ The law of Moses says to stone her. What do You say?”

⁶ They were trying to trap Him into saying something they could use against Him, but Jesus stooped down and wrote in the dust with his finger. ⁷ They kept demanding an answer, so He stood up again and said, “All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!” ⁸ Then He stooped down again and wrote in the dust.

⁹ When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. ¹⁰ Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?”

¹¹ “No, Lord,” she said.

And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”

Think again about the bolded sentence..
I ask you now, "Who is in this world never sinned???"
Even the greatest pastor/preacher has sinned.. Right?!

And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own? ~

Matthew 7:3 (NLT)

YES... Knowingly or unknowingly, PEOPLE in this world has NATURAL SIDE OF JUDGEMENT.. Positive or negative judgement..
BUT Jesus DON'T have the negative one..
He ALWAYS sees us as a right person, HIS FAVORED THE MOST..
Because of what?? Because our risk of death caused by our SINGLE sin that WE ARE THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY MUST EXPERIENCE IT has been placed on Jesus..
When He died on the cross, all the penalty of our SINGLE sin (which is DEATH) is paid by Him..
Could you imagine living a life like in the Old Testament (before Jesus died)??
You can see some examples of Old Testament's life in Nabal's story (1 Samuel 25), Ananias and Sapphira (Acts 5:1-11), or Lot's wife (Genesis 19:1-29)..
Those stories show us death penalty of sin..
BUT THANKS GOD, WE LIVE NOW IN New Testament..
Jesus has already died so we NEVER HAVE even a penalty of our SINGLE sin anymore..
Some people may think about this: IF we NEVER HAVE penalty for our sin, then we CAN live life in the way FULL of sin.. Right??
But that's actually NOT TRUE..
If we REALLY TRULY realize how Jesus suffered the death FOR our sin, we would HATE sin..
Imagine if someone has SAVED you FROM DEATH, WOULDN'T you feel INDEBTED to him/her??
But, again, Jesus DON'T WANT you to feel like that..
He ONLY want you to BELIEVE that He has already saved you because He LOVES you..
And He ALWAYS wants to give THE BEST for you.. THAT'S IT...

After that, you WOULDN'T dare to make a negative judgement on people because "If Jesus who has NO sin doesn't judge people but instead accepts them whoever they are, how dare we (imperfect person) judge other (same imperfect person like us)??"

After that, you WOULD feel how all SINGLE things in your life is THE BEST GIFT from Him..
Just like my blog's title: Each day's miracle.. Believe and feel it :)
